Contractual termination and maternity leave

The Supreme Court has just recognised that a contractual termination may be signed during periods of suspension of employment to which the employee is entitled by virtue of the latter’s maternity leave, and for the four weeks following these periods (Cass. soc. 25 March 2015, No.14.10-149).
