Amicable settlement

Since 1^st April 2015, any summons (or petition) must specify the efforts made to reach an amicable settlement to a dispute, unless it is justified on legitimate grounds which take into account the urgency of the situation or the matter under consideration, in particular where it is a matter of public policy.
